Step 1 – Harvey Lets tenants create a property wish list

You can also register your interest about a specific property online if you are short of time.

Step 2 – Harvey Lets tenants know when matching properties become available

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements you will receive a selection of properties that match your criteria. We can also keep you constantly up-to-date via email when the latest properties become available.

Step 3 – Harvey Lets tenants have complete peace of mind

Step 4 – Harvey Lets tenants choose viewing times to suit

We’re open at times to suit you and will try to carry out viewings at times which are convenient for you. In order to secure a property we recommend an early viewing.

Step 5 – Harvey Lets tenants choose a home to suit their needs

Once you have identified a suitable property and agreed the rent, you will be required to complete an application for tenancy. We will then communicate this offer to the landlord.

Step 6 – Harvey Lets tenants know when we have taken care of the tenancy agreement

If your offer is accepted we will organise the following:

  • Advise on what references we require from the referees you have provided. Alternatively we can arrange a one stop reference check through Let Alliance
  • Arrange signing of the Tenancy Agreement
  • Collect your moving in payment (rent + deposit)

Step 7 – Harvey Lets tenants move in to their new home quickly

Upon completion, you will be given a set of keys, and an inventory property report.  If your property is fully managed we will provide you with your dedicated contact details should any problems arise.
